Welcome to Workplace Excellence, celebrating Great Places to Work in and around Yuma, Arizona.

This annual contest has garnered more than 200 nominations for over 150 businesses in the past 4 years. The annual awards luncheon, featuring fabulous speakers and entertainment, has been attended by over 1,200 area business professionals.

Prizes are awarded in three categories of small, medium and large business, with a special culture award and an overall winner.

Past winners include Desert Veterinary Clinic (2005), Yuma Regional Medical Center (2006), Papa San Rice Bowl (2007), and Arizona Western College (2008).
